RECEIVE USDT
A dedicated TRON address for USDT deposits.
After activation, the wallet displays a receiving address beginning with T. Share that address with the sender and check the on-chain balance and its last sync time in your account.
The sender must select both USDT and TRON (TRC20). Transfers from another network or in another asset may be unrecoverable.
Individuals complete identity verification; businesses complete business verification.
Once approved, follow the email invitation to open the on-chain wallet.
This number receives a separate code for each on-chain withdrawal authorization.
BALANCE CLARITY
Two USDT balances. Clearly separated.
The on-chain address and the USDT balance in your GEXFI account are two separate records. Neither balance transfers to the other automatically.

SEND ON-CHAIN
One withdrawal, two on-chain authorizations.
Enter a TRON receiving address and the total USDT to send. The order page calculates the fee and net amount before confirmation. The fee is deducted from your entered total rather than added to it.
- First transaction: authorize the fee by SMS and wait for on-chain confirmation.
- Second transaction: request a new SMS code to authorize the principal.
- The withdrawal is complete when both transactions show on-chain success.
Each authorization uses a different SMS code. The first confirmed transaction may appear before the second one starts; this is part of the normal sequence.

Open a withdrawal record to view the destination, total, fee, net amount, each transaction's status and its blockchain transaction ID. From the detail view, you can open the blockchain explorer for independent verification.

The wallet's transaction and network details are always shown in your GEXFI account before an action is submitted.
Can I send USDT using another network?
No. This wallet address is for USDT on TRON (TRC20). Sending another asset or using another network may result in irrecoverable loss.
Does my account USDT move to the on-chain wallet automatically?
No. Your GEXFI account USDT balance and TRON address balance are independent. Neither moves to the other automatically.
Why are there two SMS codes for one withdrawal?
The fee and principal are separate on-chain transactions. Each requires its own authorization and a newly requested SMS code.
What if the fee confirms but the principal does not?
First check the second transaction's status in the withdrawal progress page. If it has failed, contact GEXFI support to verify the transaction and arrange the fee return described in the wallet guide.
Can a confirmed transfer be reversed?
No. Check the address, network and amount carefully on the confirmation screen before authorizing. A broadcast on-chain transfer cannot be recalled.
