What is a U card?
The term “U card” describes the use case, not a separate card scheme or an automatic USDT balance on a Visa card. GEXFI displays the actual card option, currency, funding route, fees and terms in your account.

How the USDT-to-card route works

Payment methods and eligibility
Eligible cards may be added to Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay where supported by the card, device, platform, merchant and region. Card issuance, funding and fees follow your account and cardholder terms.
USDT card for eligible online subscriptions
An eligible Visa virtual card can be used with online merchants that accept it, including supported software and AI subscriptions. Check card balance, merchant acceptance, recurring payment settings and fees in your account. A particular service is not guaranteed to accept the card.

Use an eligible card for supported recurring charges at merchants that accept it. Check billing currency and renewal settings.

Questions about USDT cards
Is USDT sent directly to my Visa card?
No. USDT in an on-chain wallet is not the card balance. Follow the exchange and separate card funding steps shown in your account.
Is the GEXFI U card a virtual card?
The card described here is a Visa virtual card. Available card options and eligibility are shown during application.
Can I use the card in every country?
Card availability and payment acceptance depend on the issuer, platform, merchant and location. Check the terms in your account.
Where are the exchange rate and top-up fee shown?
Review the actual quote, final card currency, applicable charges and credited amount before confirming each order.
Can I pay for AI or software subscriptions with a U card?
Where the merchant accepts your eligible card and recurring payments are supported, you may use it for subscriptions. Confirm compatibility with the merchant and your account before relying on it.
